Transcona Library

Transcona's first Library opened in 1958, since then it has been evolving to better serve the community. In 2017 construction was started on a 1325 square meter City of Winnipeg owned building which opened March 2019. The new library features a living green-wall, children's area, outdoor reading area, an open and accessible floor-plan, and offers programs and workshops for all ages.
Robin electric was proud to supply and install all the electrical components, including fire alarm, outdoor lighting, and energy efficient smart controlled LED lighting with automated light sensors to control light levels within the building.
