The phased renovation of the existing kitchen building B-12 was planned to maintain functionality of the cooking facilities throughout the renovation. Our scope includes a replacement of all electrical distribution equipment, including the demolition of existing panels, transformers, and cabling, replacement of existing lighting, and public address system. Included in our scope is the installation and verification of a new fire alarm system and access control. Other services include arc flash and short circuit coordination study, commissioning and training.

Our electrical scope included the selective demolition of existing poles, fixtures, concrete bases and wiring, followed by the installation of new bases, poles, fixtures, underground wiring and lighting controls. The new system was tested and commissioned and training on new lighting controls was provided.

Our scope included the installation of a new addressable fire alarm control panel, manual pull stations, heat detectors, strobe lights, and bells on the main floor and crawl space prior to removal of the old system so to avoid any interruption to school activities.

The work involved the supply and installation of a new Supervisory and Data Acquisition system for the domestic water reservoir located at the Headingly Correctional Centre Complex.

Our scope was to provide and install a control panel and control system to control sewage lift station pumps, including all alarm functions and flow meter. This included electrical distribution equipment for the new Wastewater Treatment building and the associated components outside of the building, including pumps and security gates. We also provided instrumentation, lighting, CCTV, and emergency backup diesel generator, commissioning and training services.

Our scope included the demolition of the existing natural gas generator and transfer switch, and their replacement. Robin Electric also supplied temporary standby power while the transition from existing to new generator was taking place.
